Processing & Shipping
Our processing times are 3 to 5 business days after your order is received. Tracking numbers are sent via email after processing. Most orders will process and ship within one to three business days. Business days do not include holidays and weekends. We do not ship any products on Saturday and Sunday. Packages are shipped via UPS. Any questions regarding orders must be sent to us via email. Please include your name and order number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
All items returned to Infinity Collection LLC due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or if the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. If the customer ordered during a free shipping promotion, the customer will only be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Infinity Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped to confirmed delivery address entered by customer for the order. Infinity Collection LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate on their own.
Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Infinity Collection LLC does not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the products. All orders placed our final sale. No refunds or cancellations can be processed once the order has been made. If you receive the wrong product or if your products are missing or damaged, please feel free to contact customer service via email along with a photo image of your package as well as the contents that are damaged.
